FeedMyADHD is a meal-planning app built for ADHD brains, shaped by insights from 200+ people who’ve felt overwhelmed by every food decision.

This journey began as an experimental solution to cut down household food waste, which led us on a deep dive into ADHD, executive function, and food overwhelm. While our ADHD Weasel newsletter grew, we were quietly building this app in the background, now in early-access beta for iOS.

How the app works

  • Generate meal plans in just a few taps (not hours)

  • Customize meals to your energy, flavor profiles & textures

  • Categorized grocery lists that simplify shopping

  • Adjust your plan as life shifts

  • Directly influence what we build next by sharing feedback

Watch the full ~90-second demo video. (We spent way too long on it - pls watch it, trust us.)

Before building an app, we actually tested the idea with a buggy website version that 3k+ ADHDers tried! Here’s what some of them had to say:

I finally canceled HelloFresh (a meal kit delivery service) and I’m actually using FeedMyADHD. No guilt meals for once. – mother with ADHD.

The UI doesn’t overwhelm me, which is rare. It’s clean, simple, and doesn’t distract me while I’m trying to plan meals. – grad student with ADHD

I usually spend hours scouring recipe blogs and end up with nothing. With this, I actually had a full meal plan in 10 minutes. – software engineer with ADHD

Who has access

This is an iOS-only beta (for Apple devices), and for now, it’s only available to paid subscribers.

We hear you - iOS only and paid? *@#@#. Let us explain. Building an app takes time. Like, a looooot of time. So we had to start somewhere, and iOS (for Apple Devices) was the platform we chose to begin with. Plus, the app isn’t fully ready yet. We’re looking for super users - the kind of people who really need this and won’t hesitate to message us day or night. People who don’t mind the occasional (or not-so-occasional) bug and are happy to help us catch them.

The truth is, the app still needs work. We need time to understand what the community actually needs before we go bigger. We don’t have the resources to open the gates to everyone (yet), so for now, early access is going to those who’ve supported us most - and who we can genuinely support in return.

Paid subscribers make this whole thing possible. You help us build the app, keep the newsletter running, and keep this whole thing moving forward. If you’re already a paid subscriber, scroll down to get access. If not, now’s a great time to join (yep, there’s a free trial).

If we don’t make ADHD feel a little easier, clearer, and less overwhelming - it’s on us. Full refund, no questions asked.
