I could do with an example of an anchor. I dont really get that bit.
Think of an anchor as a tiny, reliable cue that pins one moment of your day to a specific action. For example:
- Morning: hit play on the same three‑song playlist as soon as the coffee brews.
- Afternoon: step outside for five minutes of direct sunlight and a quick stretch after lunch.
- Evening: at 8 p.m. dim a lamp and jot tomorrow’s top three tasks.
